Return a piece bought in one of our boutiques

Because individual stores operate their own Terms and Conditions, the returns department is only able to accept returns for items bought online.
If you bought your item in one of our concessions or boutiques, please contact the store directly, where the manager will be very happy to help.

Exchange or return an item bought online

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from, we would like to offer you an exchange or a full refund.
Please return your item within 28 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with security tags in place. Please include your order number with your return.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on made to measure or engraved pieces.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, please see our repairs information.

Extended returns periods

If you purchased your piece between November 1st and December 31st, you have until 8th of January to return your item (or 28 days from the date of receipt – whichever is longer).
If you are buying a gift and you would like to arrange an extension of the returns period, we will be very happy to help. To arrange an extension please contact customer services prior to making your purchase.

Orders from Greece
Natalia Basdeki Creations offers free returns on all Greek orders. To return an item, simply follow the instructions in the white envelope found in the same box as your order. Should you not receive this envelope and wish to return an item, simply contact customer services.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
